For returns we recommend using UPS or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation as insurance to make sure your items are safely delivered back to us. Once received, returns or exchanges typically processed within 48 hours. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment on returns made within 90 days of purchase. Credit should appear in your account 2-3 days after we receive the return. After 90 days, refunds are issued in the form of a merchandise credit or in the form of a gift certificate.
